Xingyiquan A Millennium-Old Art

I'm Coach Liang, from a family with generations of Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioners. I have been practicing Xingyiquan since childhood, accumulating 30 years of experience.
I have seamlessly integrated the meridian theory of TCM with the art of Xingyiquan.
Based on a training system centered on Yin-Yang, the Five Elements, Qi & Blood, and meridians, I have created the "Xingyi Meridian Exercise." This practice helps rapidly revitalize the body and enhances overall health and vitality.

Xingyi Quan: Renowned as China's Premier Longevity Martial Art

While Xingyiquan's movements appear simple and unadorned, they demand full-body coordination, a dynamic balance of relaxation and tension, and the harmonious blend of power and softness. Foundational practices like Zhan Zhuang (e.g., the San Ti Shi stance) and the Five Element Fists effectively train your bones, joints, muscles, and ligaments. This enhances flexibility, coordination, balance, and holistic strength, building a robust physical framework that is less prone to injury. The practice synchronizes the internal and external, promoting the smooth flow of Qi and blood, which in turn contributes to nourishing the skin.

Forging a Resilient Body:

Cultivating Your Inner Core (Jing, Qi, Shen):

As a classic internal martial art, Xingyiquan places paramount importance on inner development. It embodies the principle of "the heart and mind sincere within, the limbs and body manifesting without." Through mindful intention guiding fluid and harmonious movements, it systematically trains and enhances your Essence, Vital Energy, and Spirit—the very core from which we combat fatigue and sustain vibrancy. After practice, the profound sense of internal clarity and rejuvenation will make you fall in love with this feeling of a deep-dive recharge for your entire being.
