The Twelve Animal Forms

Xingyi Quan's Twelve Animal Forms are based on the theory of the "Human Meridian System." Each form imitates the unique strengths of twelve different animals. Their practice activates and unblocks the body's Twelve Primary Meridians (three yin and three yang in the arms, three yin and three yang in the legs), as well as the Governing and Conception Vessels, promoting the smooth flow of Qi and blood. This effectively helps prevent and treat various health issues caused by "Yang Deficiency," which refers to blocked or stagnant energy pathways in the body.
