From a TCM family

I come from a family of traditional Chinese medicine practitioners in Chongqing, China. Both my father and grandfather were TCM physicians, and I myself graduated from Chongqing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. With 15 years of experience in this field, I specialize in human meridian theory. I help patients restore their health through methods such as acupoint massage, exercise stretching, acupuncture, and moxibustion.

I studied Xingyiquan under a renowned master

I am 45 years old and have been practicing martial arts under my master’s guidance since childhood, training in disciplines such as Xingyiquan, Bājíquan, Health Qigong, Shaolin Quan, night-combat broadsword, and staff techniques for over 30 years. With a deep expertise in Traditional Chinese Medicine meridian theory, I have developed—through years of dedicated practice—a unique Meridian Exercise Routine that integrates TCM meridian principles with traditional martial arts. This routine is designed to help ordinary people transform their physical condition from the inside out. It has shown significant therapeutic effects on weight management, insomnia, anxiety, depression, suboptimal health, and various chronic conditions.
