That’s why we use the Five Elements Fist from Xingyi to maintain balance and harmony among all organs, promoting continuous vitality. Additionally, the Twelve Animal Forms help clear the meridians (energy channels)—the body’s internal highways—ensuring nutrients and energy flow freely to every part.
Daily Practice: Consistency is Key
To maintain healthy circulation and optimal function in every area of the body, we recommend practicing the Xingyi Meridian Exercise Routine at least four times per week.
